Note that these instructions assume that you are using Windows XP.

  1. Copy this text
    1. Click the red text above with your mouse.
    2. Click the Edit menu of your browser and choose Copy.
  2. Click the Start button on your Windows Taskbar and choose Run....

  3. Right-Click inside the Open: box and select Paste and then click the OK button.

  4. The above actions will launch a Windows Explorer window (not to be confused with Internet Explorer!).

    2. This Windows Explorer window can be used like any Windows folder. Files copied to the folder will be uploaded to our server. Files copied from the folder will be downloaded from our server to your computer.
